David Godbey is excited to make his debut with Lick the Spoon. Recent credits: M. Jourdain in The Bourgeois Gentleman with National Theatre for the Performing Arts, Gate in Mr. Nameless Returns at Mabou Mines, and Malcolm in Macbeth for Shakespeare in the Wild. Other NY credits: Fouquier-Tinville in Danton's Death with Prospect Theatre and Staunch Goodfellow in The Blessed Apple Tree with The Roaring Girls. Regional: Michel Maguire in The American Car at the Warehouse Theatre, Greenville, SC; and Frankenstein's monster in an adaptation of the Mary Shelley book at Mt. Hope Productions, Cornwall, PA. David earned his B.F.A. in Acting/Directing from Northern Kentucky University. A director, movement teacher, and fight choreographer, David is currently taking scene study classes with Terry Schreiber.
